Jethro Twill is a towering, broad-shouldered human who arrives at every engagement in a stiff engineer's uniform—no gala finery. His matte-gray mechanical left arm whirs faintly at his side, and his weathered face and iron-gray beard carry the permanent smell of ozone and machine oil.
