Detective Ellis Brooks is a weathered looking middle-aged human male. He has graying hair that he hides under a fedora, and a wearied look that can only be developed after years on the police force. He wears an open brown peacoat with a disheveled white button-down underneath, and carries a pistol in a holster on his chest over the shirt. He has a moderately sized raiment of the Host.
Brooks is a no-nonsense detective, but he's seen everything and has learned to trust his gut rather than dismiss the strange outright. He wishes he could get back out into tracking down leads instead of coordinating behind a desk, but he knows he's too good at what he does now to be able to justify anything else.
